These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mandir.world (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Mandir.World is a digital platform that provides live darshan streams from partner temples, allows devotees to record a sankalp (sacred intention), book remote pujas performed by Vedic pandits, and make donations (daan) to dharmic causes.

Mandir.World is operated by a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any political party, religious organization, or sangathan of any kind. It does not represent any temple, trust, or pandit featured on the platform — it operates solely as an independent technology platform connecting the public with dharmic places and services.

2. Nature of the Service

• Live darshan streams are sourced from publicly available temple broadcasts. We do not control temple schedules, stream availability, or video quality, which may vary or be interrupted for reasons outside our control.
• Puja bookings are fulfilled by our partner pandits. Preferred dates are requests, not guarantees — our team will confirm the actual date and time with you after booking.
• Sankalp registration is a digital record of your stated intention. It does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome.
• Special seva options shown as "Coming Soon" are not currently available for purchase and will only be activated once the relevant temple partnership is formally confirmed.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise (e.g. prasad shipping, calculated separately based on distance).

4. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your email account, since login codes are sent there. You agree to provide accurate information when registering a sankalp, booking a puja, or making a donation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form (including sankalp, puja booking, or donation forms)
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse any part of the Service, including OTP or form submission endpoints

6. Intellectual Property

The Mandir.World name, logo, and platform design are the property of Mandir.World. Temple stream content belongs to the respective temples and broadcasters. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of panchang calculations, festival dates, and puja information, but we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any spiritual or personal outcome will result from its use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandir.World is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, including temple streams, puja offerings, and pricing, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
